People often ask me, “Dr. Farah, are you still running?”
“Yes,” I like to answer. “The running is the same, but my body isn’t.”
As I’ve aged, my workout has evolved. I do still run, but the distances are shorter and the speeds are less intense. I’ve supplemented the running with lots of yoga, tai chi, stretching, and weights to help with balance, flexibility, and longevity.
It turns out that fitness isn’t just a lifestyle, it’s a journey.
My wife, Jackie and I, launched Imagine Fitness and Yoga so others could join that journey with us. Come and join us.
Our amazing instructors hold classes on our beautiful outdoor deck and via Zoom in yoga, tai chi, and more. I myself lead two sessions a week that focus on stretching, strength, balance, and flexibility.
