Movement Therapy focuses on integrating movement with all the “pieces of your pain jigsaw” to help you move in ways that reduce pain and improve daily functioning. Movement Therapy practices include range of motion, basic stretching and strengthening exercises, yoga therapy, myofascial release, meditation techniques and acupressure.

Reformer Pilates conditions the whole body, with modifications to the exercises to allow for a range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. With your own body weight and adjustment of the springs on the reformer glide platform, strength training is developed for each individual, working all parts and movements of the body.
