Movement Therapy integrates pain management techniques, movement, and mindfulness, to create a holistic pain managment approach. Movement Therapy helps you piece together the puzzle of your pain, empowering you to function in ways with less pain.

Wendy Dolen has over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, dedicating her career to empowering individuals to achieve their optimal health and well-being potential.

Since 1996, she has worked for the Health and Well-Being Services at the University of Michigan as a wellness coordinator and exercise physiologist.

In 2020, Wendy  joined the NonPharma Program with the Department of Anesthesiology at Michigan Medicine as a Movement Therapist, teaching patients how to manage their chronic pain.

She has taught mindfulness meditation, yoga, and personal training for over 25 years; presently teaching at Imagine Fitness and Yoga.
